What is the best way to host a public video file link?

Hello, I’m sure a lot of you out there have a solution for this.

I’ve been utilizing snippets of code to create a background auto play video effect with (150mb or less) looping videos. I would usually use a cloud service like Dropbox or copy.com and get a public link to my video. Then I would use this public link in the code. However, I am having trouble doing this and cannot find a affordable and easy solution. Any recommendations?
