Hi there, I am not exactly sure what you are referring to? When I click on your link it looks like everything is working fine.
Cant you be a bit more specific on what your issue is?
Hello @QA_Brandon, thanks for taking a look. I have attached a screen shot to show which div is scaling vertically when it shouldn’t. It’s the illustration of the girl that I’m referencing. As far as I can tell, all of the parameters are the exact as the 2 following gifs, but for some reason it’s scaling vertically.
Ok, I gathered it was the motion graphic, but when I view it, the graphic is actually motioning upwards. It might be due to the fact that it is a gif that has built-in scaling properties that forces it upward.
All 3 of the thumbnails are gifs. The strange thing is that it was working just fine for weeks, and then started doing this out of nowhere.
Just out of curiosity, when did this start happening?
Can you give me a reference date of the start of this issue?
Is the desired effect that each GIF is exactly the same size? (i.e., the first GIF matches the second two GIFs)
If so: my best guess as to why this is happening is that your GIF in the first column is a different dimension (500px x 350px) than your other 2 (300px by 210px), which is why the first GIF looks so much bigger than the others. When you swap in a different GIF from your assets panel that has the 300px by 210px dimensions, the GIFs all look similar in size.
Please let me know if I’m not understanding your issue correctly!
Thank you for everyone’s reply. I am going to manually lock in the width and height and I think that should work.
