Seems like you fixed it, I just checked on my iPhone and the content is showing.

it works fine on my iPhone 8 and I believe it is well optimized however I had a problem with my safari browser, it was crashing without any reason so I thought about restoring my iOS as it was pretty much filled with junks but upon restoring I got iPhone Error 4013, but got that fixed when I upgraded my iOS through macbook.
I think closing the safari app and launch it again may work fine. But as for iPhone error 4013 ir any other iPhone-related issues, there is a professional tool you can use to fix the iPhone issues easily and quickly.
