In this workshop we’ll be rebuilding Apple’s homepage from scratch inside of Webflow. More specifically, we’ll be using the navbar component, slider component and playing around with flexbox to create a responsive page.

Great suggestion, but I would strongly recommend using this scrolling interaction instead of parallax scrolling.
Parallax scrolling was a trendy thing to do, but now it is over used in my honest opinion. Also, that website doesn’t function well on my mobile phone.
