Webflow won't recognise my form

Hi everyone,
I am trying to build a multi-step registration form in webflow with a template picked up from flowbase (link to the template - Webflow Multi Step Form Component | Flowbase)
I’ve replaced the next button in step 2 with a webflow form submit button,however webflow is not recognising the form and I can’t see any of the responses on the backend.
The form also has some custom code to enable showing a calendly embed - could that be an issue?

I’m not familiar with flowbase’s setup and how the navigation is handled,
But your custom code is preventing the submission.
More specifically, it appears to be blocking the submit button click event.
