My form is not showing in Safari, although it's working fine in Chrome

Hello,

My form is not showing up in Safari. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the code. I tried removing the padding from each text inputs but nothing is working. Here’s my read-only link: Webflow - Younified Awards

I don’t use template myself, but I tried it on edge and the first page of form is blank.
However if you hit next that pages shows great.
If you then hit back the 1st page then shows.

Not sure if that helps.
