I’ve tried refreshing and completely restarting Chrome and nothing seems to do the trick. It only seems to be this project too.

Thanks for contacting us about that glitch, as this definitely sounds like odd behavior.
I tried reproducing this behavior on my end but was unable to.
Can you please try the following:
(1) Try to reproduce the error while being logged into Webflow using Incognito mode with browser extensions turned off: Browse in private - Computer - Google Chrome Help
(2) If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of your Console and send it to me: Image 2018-04-10 at 12.28.2...

So it looks like my SVG filtering and patterns were causing the mobile version of the site to crash. I’m not sure exactly why, but removing the pattern fills and shadow filtering, I was able to continue working on the site. May be something you guys look into. I’ll be happy to provide more information to help you diagnose what the problem may be.
