Webflow logic failing with Test Flow showing Undefined value __SitePlugin::["Lookup Samples"]

I posted on another Logic Flow thread but I figured I would post again here with the hopes that Webflow staff see there are more folks dealing with this issue.

I have an open ticket with Webflow and they have been very responsive at about 1:30 am. Not sure I can stay up that late tonight to have a conversation.

A little about this project:
It is a email/form fill capture type site for a small financial services company working with a niche industry. There are a total of 5 forms through out the site, some being reused as frequently as 3 times in one page. ( that is a pop up form that is triggered by minimum 3 places on each page.)

Needless to say I have a lot of some what repeating forms and workflows.

I had them successfully working at one time or another and then some wires got crossed and I keep getting the " **Undefined value __SitePlugin:: [“CMS Template page title: Name of form: name of select input element To Text”].

After deleting and rebuilding all of the forms I was still getting this error message. Since it was a language preference select that I had as required I decided to turn it to “not required” with the hopes that the lack of a defined value perhaps would allow users to still submit a form if there was a fallback defined. This worked to get me past on of the forms but then a new error message was popping up. It was the same message just now instead of the CMS Articles page form it was the form I had used to build out the last workflow… And so I made that language pref select not required. That kind of work and then another form was listed as having an Undefined value.

These HTTP POST requests are all being used to send this information to a HubSpot CRM. Should I just scratch the workflows and label them as BETA to go with another kind of hubspot integration?
