Webflow Homepage Section (A List that triggers an animation & video)

Does anyone know if there is a tutorial on how to create this section of the Webflow Home page.

It’s basically the section that has a list and when you click on one item, it triggers a time/playing animation while a video/gif starts playing on the right side and when a different item is clicked, the video changes. I’ve also attached an image of the section.

Is this a CMS collection? or just hidden divs/gifs with lottie animation for the playing timeline? Any guidance would be appreciated.
