No need for a vertical tab I guess, this is smooth scrolling and you need Javascript to achieve this.

You can add custom code to your webflow site via Custom Code tab found in your site’s dashboard.

You would want to put the code in the Body Code box. Don’t forget to add in <script></script> tags.
