Using External Images in Lightbox

Hello,

I have been trying to figure out how to use external images in Webflow. It seems as though you can only select from an image that has already been uploaded, or upload a new image to Webflow.

If all of our images are either on Google Drive, or Amazon S3, how do we display them in a Webflow web site in a lightbox image gallery in a static site as well as when using Webflow CMS features?

You can use the Embed Code component to manually insert an image tag with the direct source to the image URL.

You can create a text field in the CMS collection, and load that field into the src attribute of the image in the above Embed Code component.

Thank you for your answer. I am wondering whether or not this will work with the Webflow lightbox image gallery widget, or does it mean we need to use an external lightbox image gallery?
