Urgent Inquiry Regarding DNS Issue

Hi,

I have an urgent inquiry regarding a DNS issue we’re experiencing. Our domain expired on GoDaddy, but we renewed it and got it back. Our hosting is with Cloudflare, and everything was working smoothly on our end as usual since the website has been live. However, last night, both my friend and I started encountering an issue on our laptops. When we try to access our website after getting the domain fixed, we see this message:

"Check if there is a typo in www.www.NAME.com.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

It’s very frustrating because the website works fine on other devices. We’ve cleared our cache and tried everything, but the issue persists.

A few questions:

  1. Is there a problem with our DNS settings that we need to fix immediately?
  2. I have set two IP addresses with the name ‘@’ (which points to our website). Should the name be ‘@’ or the actual website name?
  3. Could the issue be related to a CNAME record pointing to ‘www’ and ‘proxy-ssl.webflow.com’? Should I remove it?

Please help as this issue is becoming quite frustrating.

It’s impossible to guess without a domain name.
In general, Cloudflare works great with the standard Webflow DNS setup, just make certain you have proxying switched off ( orange cloud ).
