Since today morning, the CMS content on pages where we show the list of items is not loading. However, the individual template pages are working fine. Am getting the following error when i load the editor - “There was a problem getting credentials. Refresh the designer to try again”. I have tried restoring to an older version, but still getting the same error.

While i am still getting the error on login, the site is back up now. That being said, not being able to reach out to anyone for such outages does create a lot of panic, especially when we are working from a different timezone. Unless webflow already has, they should plan to have support team across multiple timezones and maybe also provide the option of paid chat support.
