*URGENT* Can't access to designer, can't restore a backup and 404

Hi community!

A few hours ago I tried to update the backup of my web page and since then I cannot access the design section, I cannot restore backups and when trying to publish my page, it shows 404

the circle lags when I try to enter the design

and my page appears in 404 error
