Unique ID works fine on page but won't link to another

Hey guys I seem to be a bit in the weeds. I’ve had no problem with creating Unique IDs and linking them to the page they’re on, however when I try to anchor them to another page its now working. I’ve check the audit tool and there doesn’t seem to be any duplicates. I know it’s a simple fix, but there must be something I’m missing. I was always taught when in the weeds; ask for help. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! I’ve provided a video link of the issue as well as my read only file.

The URL path for your homepage would be /, so you probably want a formation like;

/#starting-with-why

Also double-check the casing, ID’s are strictly case-sensitive.

Thanks mate, you’re a lifesaver! “ /#starting-with-why” did the trick.

So instead of typing “/Home#starting-with-why” as an anchor link to a home section “ /#starting-with-why” worked! Again thank you for all your help!
