Uninstall libraries

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to transfer a site to my client’s account, but I keep getting a message saying I need to uninstall libraries. The issue is that there are no libraries currently installed, so I don’t have the option to uninstall anything.

The site was built from a purchased template that originally came with libraries.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi Csilla,

Personally, I’d try logging into Webflow from an incognito browser tab first, just to ensure you’re not having issues with an extension or corrupted cache.

If you still get the same error, you’ll want to open a support ticket on this.
