Error keeps showing: The Editor is unresponsive

I don´t know why I keep getting this error, but how can I fix it?
It’s stoping me from updating blog posts or even editing and I always lose all the previous work done when this message appears.

I’ve tried it all, working on safari, chrome, incognito… and nothing seems to work out. I already cleared the cookies…

Does anyone have any tips or solutions for this?
