Turn pages on a slider with the scroll and keep all other elements statics

Hi guys!

I’m trying to do a slider only on the left section of the web, to reference it has the title ‘‘Web design & webflow development’’, that works with the scroll (You scroll and turn to the next section not with the arrows that comes with the normal sliders). Maybe something like put the cursor over that section and when you scroll it turns the slides

Is something like this but only applied to that section, all other elements should stay static fullPage.js | One Page Scroll sections Site Plugin is that possible?

The way into this is to design a slider manually, and to integrate it into a side scrolling based on scroll page http://horizontal-scrolling-sticky-section.webflow.io/
