I’m trying to move an account that includes a website on a paid plan (CMS) to a different email address.
The acccount-level email address update just does not work (after multiple tries with multiple emails). It says it’s successful, but it doesn’t do anything at all (still shows the old email in the settings, doesn’t let the new email log in, still lets the old email log in).
And trying to move only the website to a new/different account says it’ll cancel the plan and not refund any of the remaining credits. Not to mention, it will potentially break a lot of the design/features that depend on the paid plan (number of pages, CMS, etc).
What are we supposed to do, in the event that the person managing the account leaves the company and their account must be transfered to someone else?
Please note, as well, that contacting Webflow Support seems to be impossible at the moment. There’s no way to contact support anywhere on the Webflow website, it’s only sending us to the forum.
What are my options? What am I supposed to do?
