Today's date in navbar

Hi guys!
I would like to add a date in my navbar, outside the CMS collection. A date that will update depending on what day it is. How do I implement it on my site, can’t found a solution for this.

Here is a screenshot were I want the date to be placed. Inside a div in the left corner.
