Template meta tags not going away

Hi guys,

have been trying to remove the template name and description from my project. It still has “QAPP is a clean” and also the qapp favicon. I cleared cache on all browsers and tried different machines, still the same thing :frowning: really frustrating :((((
Please please…it is driving me nuts for the past hour.

Also about fav icon you have option in dashboard in settings, take a look to photo.
