Template meta description still displaying after being removed

I’ve removed all the meta descriptions auto-populated from the template I’m using, however it is still being pulled in to other sites.

Ex: I’ve linked my resume here: Louie Pascua - Program Management Mentor on MentorCruise. The site description that is displayed was removed from my page settings completely so I’m baffled as to how it is still showing up? I’ve tried removing and adding back my site link to no avail.
