Tabs Issues - Flickering

Hey everyone! I have a page with a tab on top (instead of a navbar) and I’m struggling with 2 issues:

  1. When I click through the tabs, there is a “flicker” effect. Basically I want the background to remain black throughout this transition (ex: switching from About to Plan). The Home background needs to remain clear however, I don’t want it being black.

  2. I want the background of the Tabs Menu to be black for all options except Home…is that possible?
