Subscription not showing in user account page

Hi community!
I’m struggling with native memberships in Webflow.
I’m creating a site that offers courses to their users.
I’ve created a membership product (paid-one time payment), linked that product to an access group, tested it with an user that -actually- paid for the membership.

But the course/product is not showing in the “User Account” page under “my subscriptions”, neither in the e-commerce tab within “subscriptions” (it reads “No subscriptions yet”)

I’m doing all this tests in the staging website (“webflow.io”)…

Am I doing something wrong?
Is it because is being tested in the staging website?

Hi, I think I’m getting more or less the same problem.

Here is a block of text, in my empty part of the user subscription. It only appears when I inspect the code and uncheck the “display:none” checkbok.

But this display: none checkbox shouldn’t be checked, as in webflow, every display is or on “block” or on “flex”, and that the “Empty state” display is not even editable (set on “block” by default). Every element is in visible.
