Submit buttons not respond - Hubspot - Vimkit issue or Webflow form issue?

I am using Vimkit to connect two forms to my Hubspot account (“Join us”, and “Subscribe”). but when I hit submit nothing happens. I did add all required head code snippets and verified both forms from the vimkit side (custom value and names etc). Appreciate your help!
