Struggling with burger icon

Hi All, probably an easy one for the non-rookies (unlike myself!!)

I am trying to edit the burger icon menu…

Home (no dropdown - takes to homepage)
About (no dropdown - takes to about page)
Portfolio (dropdown expansion - one link for each portfolio category)
Contact (no dropdown - takes to ‘contact’)

Problem I’m having is being able to make the non dropdown items actual links if that makes sense…?

Also, on the portfolio section, I’d like the dropdown to appear on hover and a link to the ‘portfolio’ page upon clicking portfolio
