Vega & Adjusting drop down nav links

I’m having a problem whereby they burger navigation menu in the top right gives me too many options. I like how you can mouse over “home” and the line animates across it, however, I Want to just be able to click home and be taken to the home page - and not presented with more options on which home I Want to go to. I want each button to lead to a single destination; not more options.

I’ve spent a while looking at it and I can’t see a way to make that particular element a link. to take me to a page; It always seems to want to spawn more options beneath it. I think its because it has been created as a drop down type element. Do I really have to reconstruct my own buttons and animations using div blocks to achieve this?
