Strange Issue with Sections & Links

Hi everyone,
I have a set of vertical links that is supposed to lead the users to the clicked section of the page.
I have given each sections appropriate IDs to respond, and it was working fine.
Strangely, right now if you try to click any of the links, you will see that the link one above will respond instead of the actual link you clicked. I have tried creating new links and assign the sections newly, but the problem persists in the same manner. Anyone has anything similar happened?
Any guidance is appreciated, thank you guys in advance.

Hi @Gfool your nav will work as expected when set properly. At the time nav is working as it should and it stops at bottom of the page because of reaching the bottom of your side nav.

Here is a video where I try to explain why and how to fix it. but feel free to search for other solutions.
