We connected our client’s domain to their new webflow site yesterday and normally the SSL is active for both the root domain and the www. within minutes but the root domain one has been stuck “in progress” for almost 24 hours. Therefore, you can not access their site other than when you use www.
I have tried emailing support and have heard nothing in 24 hours and our client is ticked.
ANY help is greatly appreciated!!
