Slider element not visible on tablet/mobile

Hi,
I have a slider carousel element at the bottom of each project page, with the z-index set to 6 (the highest on my site). It shows fine in the designer but suddenly turns invisible when previewed or published. The weird thing is that it still functions, and I can hover the mouse and see that it will take me to the links if I click, but the slider itself is invisible for some reason

Any help would be appreciated!

If you change the Z index to 100 - it will work and it won’t disappear

I opened it in my safari, and the slider is still disappearing at the smaller breakpoints
