Setting up blog homepage without double subfolders in Webflow

Hey all,

How can I set up a blog homepage in Webflow - Blog - while housing all my blog articles under this URL, and also create nested folders for specific content like tornado-digital.uk/blog/email-campaigns/how-to-make-the-best-emails, without ending up with double subfolders (e.g., tornado-digital.uk/blog/blog/…)?

Details:
I’m trying to organise my Webflow site with a blog homepage at Blog. I also want to house all my blog articles under this URL (e.g., tornado-digital.uk/blog/[article-slug]) and create subfolders for specific topics, such as tornado-digital.uk/blog/email-campaigns/how-to-make-the-best-emails.

However, when I create a folder named “blog” and move my Blog homepage (with the slug /blog) into it, I end up with a double “blog” in the URL, like tornado-digital.uk/blog/blog/.

My desired structure is to have the /blog as my homepage then having sub-categories like the example above. Whats the best way to go about this?

Here’s my site:

In Webflow collection pages act as a folder in the path. This ensures the page URLs within it are distinct.

Unfortunately there’s no native way to create dynamic, semantic paths from the CMS, such as;

/north-america/canada/toronto

When I need this, I build a reverse proxy that rewrites Webflow’s pages into a path structure that you want.
