As I scroll down my page in design view, it starts to interfere with elements in the design tools. Specificly I cant access color pickers or gradient control, it also interferes with the padding/margin control. As I scroll back near the top of the page, these elements work again. It also affects xray mode and selecting containers. I am using Chrome.
I have solved this issue. It seems to be related to my monitor being 1920 pixels wide. If I decrease my browser width it seems to fix the problem.
