Scroll to top dosen't work on the live site

Hey

My Problem is a scroll to top link. I made it with a section on the top of every page with an ID.
The scrolltotop link works great on the home page but on every other page it takes me back to the home page.
In the preview mode of the designer it works on every site but on the published site it won’t work.

Try this:

  1. Delete the “top” element on all of your pages
  2. Double click your “header” symbol
  3. Give your “header” symbol an ID of “top”
  4. on all of your “scrolltotop” elements, change the link to go to “top”

now i changed it on the first and second page like you said.
on the published site it doesn’t work.

on your link it works…

i checked out the code. your site and the published site are identically…

try clearing your browser cache

i tested it on 3 different browsers and cleared the cache already…

hm… not sure why it’s not working for you. in any case, I’ve transferred my version to your account. Hope that helps :slight_smile:

Ok the copied version works fine. thanks.
but on the other version i had a cms hosting and various settings made.
have i do all of this again (forms, paying, ect.)?

I deleted the old version and made the settings again in the copied version.
Now it all works fine.
