Scroll not smooth

Hi,

I’m building a new site and decided to try using a webflow template. I have a few issues that i’m hoping someone can help me out with.

  1. the navigation has a transparent blur on it. when i scroll from within the webflow designer, it works fine no problem. but when i preview in webflow, or i make live, its just a solid stick white background navigation, and im not sure why.

  2. the scrolling is not smooth, its very choppy.

  3. i used sections to navigate since its a simple one page site but when navigating to a section, it cuts off some of the content. i tried making the nav sticky and making a realative position for the header, but it didnt work.
