Safari Bug - Fixed Positioning not showing on top of other elements

Hello there

I’ve experienced a bug in Safari where an element is not showing on top of some other elements even though the z-index is set to a high number.
When doing the same thing in Chrome it worked perfectly as intended.
I’m using the latest Safari Version 11.1.1 on latest macOS.

Can you have a look at this please? As I can see there a lot of bugs in Safari.

Remove Move Forward 1px in your Transformations panel. For the hero and Section heading ( forward 99000 something px).

Thanks…that worked. I just don’t understand why it worked so differently in Safari v Chrome.
