Hi there,
Custom code and conditional visibility settings will only take effect once your site is published. While these features work in preview mode, they need a site publish to function on your live site.
You can publish your site in several ways:
- Through the Site actions menu
- Using the Legacy Editor
- Via Site settings
If you’d like to test these features before publishing to your custom domain, you can use the webflow.io staging subdomain for testing purposes.
Hopefully this helps! If you still need assistance, please reply here so somebody from the community can help.

Can you share your stage-link (xyz.webflow.io) aswell? This makes it easier to debug.

Thanks. I can reproduce the problem and I can’t tell for sure what the problem is.
But try to republish the CMS item “Erstgespräch“ in your CMS (it has the status “Changes in draft“ right now) and please also republish the site to the stage link.
If the problem still occurs please write again.
