Conditional Visibility not working on Published CMS - Multi reference Field

When I go and publish the Site the conditional visibility is not working. Could anyone help me out with this please?

hi @Austin_Skillings if is bothering you that there is showing statement for empty collection just hide this empty state as you do with standard elements.

There is a Heading that is outside of the entire CMS collection that Iā€™m trying to hide, only if that CMS list is empty.

hi @Austin_Skillings Can you share read only as it is hard to help without seeing your code because conditionals should work and hide whole element.
