Rich text lists form is not showing bullets and not following the Font style

On the project I’m working on, there is a section with popup cards and in each card, there is a bullet point list
When I link the rich text to the cms rich text it is not displaying the bullet points and also not following the font style

Even when I try to create bullet points list without cms it is acting the same
