[Resolved] Do I need a cookie consent popup if I'm not collecting user information--U.S.?

I’m building a website for a friend using Webflow. It’s essentially a contact website with a list of services, a link to Calendly for booking, and a page for HTML forms.

We aren’t collecting information from users, we aren’t doing any advertisements on the website. The website is really more of a digital business card.

Do I need to include a cookie consent form?

Edit: The website is for the United States.

This is really a legal question which I won’t answer.

Here is a helpful resource. Cookie Law Guide for Businesses: EU, US, and the UK - Termly

Thank you.

I can’t submit a reply unless it’s 20 characters so I’m typing this sentence.
