I need to remove the sptodospelocentro.webflow.io page from Google’s result. I also have a custom domain, todospelocentro.prefeitura.gov.br, so I need to remove only the webflow.io page from Google integration. Is there any way?
Also, I wish I could add a Website Password only to the webflow.io domain

You could unpublish the webflow.io hosting, go and/or disable search engine indexing. See Disable search engine indexing | Webflow University
To remove those listing from SERPs, you may have to setup GSC for your webflow.io site specifically, and then request removal through Google Search Console.
I changed the site’s subdomain on the Webflow staging domain, then created a new Webflow project using the old subdomain and added an automatic redirect script to the original site in Custom Code → Head. After that, I published the site.
I also added the staging domain to Google Search Console and requested a removal.
Just remember to not disable search engine indexing for the live site under your custom production domain!!
