Josh with Foxy here. What you’re after should be possible with our seamless Webflow integration (in addition to Zapier/Make, Airtable, etc.): https://foxy.io/webflow
The idea would be to manage classes with Webflow CMS (Webflow Ecommerce is not needed). Each class detail page would have a purchase button/form (connected to Foxy).
Customer adds desired classes to cart and proceeds to the Foxy checkout (fully customizable). Customer pays and receives email receipt. Using Zapier, Make, etc. you’d send customer/order/class info to a tool like Airtable or Google Sheets.
Some automations could be set up to allow for unregistering and auto issuing a refund (depending on the gateway being used). This would require custom setup.
Foxy is super flexible and we’ve helped other Webflow users (via our Accelerate Program: https://foxy.io/accelerate) with similar and even more complex needs. Depending on your experience level, you can of course handle things yourself without having to hire anyone.
