Right now, I’ve 404 page its link is:

but the redirection path system didn’t allow to accept this input to redirect to /blog

Is that an actual link someone else has linked to your site that matters to you, and that you need to redirect?
Unless you’re getting actual, valid traffic there, let it 404.
Webflow doesn’t support it because it’s and invalid URL construction, but you could try redirecting from;
/blog/gps-fleet-manahttps://www.afaqy.com/blog/gps-fleet-managementgement → new page
Or you may be able to modify that part around the :// to create a valid wildcard matching string.
