Redirecting a Single Page to another in same site

Hi

I have two pages that originally had a unique content, however, I now need to redirect them to another page in the same site. I know I can do it with META REFRESH, but I am not sure if I have access to the head section of an individual page. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks for your response. However, I might need some more help. I cannot even input one of the pages because it has a hypen Clip2Net — screen capture tool for Windows, Android, iPad, Mac, Linux

Also, there is only one redirect row.

I want to redirect from one page already in the site to another. It is just that simple.
