Radio button issue on RSVP form

I am trying to duplicate radio buttons and questions so that I can have multiple fields which people can respond to on my wedding RSVP page. But when I duplicate them, they do not appear below the previous radio button. They just keep floating next to each other. Any ideas? I don’t know! Thank you.
