Hey, in one form block I have 3 different questions and each has two possible answers as a radio button. For each question the radio buttons have a different group name. Despite this, I can only select one radio button among these 6. I.e. I can only answer one question.

How do I set it so that it is possible to select one radio button for each of the three questions in one form block?

hi @Katarzyna_Kosiak the radio buttons don’t work in the preview mode.
As you do not provide link to live site ( as it is not published yet - I have tried) no one can check if radio buttons do not work. 
publish your site to see if it works than submit test to see what values you are getting back

hi @Katarzyna_Kosiak when I stripped down your custom styling I can see that radio buttons works as expected.
you need to work on your animation that causing your confusion. At this moment the animation work on click and not when radio is checked.
You should investigate more this direction “how to”
