Product item corrupted CMS — Cannot open, delete, or import new products (Webflow crashes instantly)

Hi everyone,
I’m facing a major issue with my Webflow Ecommerce setup. One of my product items appears to be corrupted, and it’s completely blocking my work.

Here’s what happens:

  • When I click on the product (“EXP001 JACKET”), Webflow immediately crashes and forces me to send a crash report.

  • I cannot delete the product because Webflow says it’s “referenced in the Products collection,” but I can’t access the item to remove those references.

  • I also can’t import a new CSV file. Every attempt results in dozens of import errors, even though the file structure is correct.

At this point, the corrupted product prevents me from editing my Ecommerce collection, importing new products, or even cleaning my CMS.

I will attach a video showing exactly what happens.

If anyone has encountered this before or knows how to remove or fix a corrupted Ecommerce product item, I would really appreciate your help. I’m blocked on publishing my store.

Clear every external reference to that product (Collection Lists, Reference/Multi, Reference fields, option sets), that’s usually what lets Webflow finally allow deletion. If it still crashes on open, it’s almost always a corrupted item/variant, and Support can purge it on their end.
