Problems with Checkbox Alignment in Mobile

Does anyone know why I can’t get my form (bottom of home page) checkboxes (which are both on the same line) to space out better in my phone landscape and portrait views? The label on the first box gets force-wrapped to two lines and nothing I do seems to make the second box move over enough to let the first one “breathe.”

I believe increasing the width % on portrait landscape of “CheckboxField” to 28% should work:

And then on portrait mobile to 50%:
