Problems with Bitter font weight?

Hey all -

For some reason, the font weight on my website changed from 500 to 400, and it definitely looks funky to me. I have no idea why, and I can’t get it to change back to 500. I tried uploading Bitter in 500 weight as a custom font and that’s not working either. I made a new site using the original template, and it’s the same on that one. (It says medium in the selector but it’s grayed out and tells you to choose another)

Is there some way I can fix this?

Thanks!

I see bitter on default fonts in webflow but I just went to try and add google fonts and its not listed.
I went to google fonts and its there all styles the lot.
I guess something is up between webflow and google fonts.

@iDATUS bleh, what a pain, hope they fix it soon

I have the exact same problem! I tried uploading the bitter font as a custom font and nothing. The way I did it’s not clean, but I simply changed the name of the font from Bitter to ABitter - than I uploaded as a custom font and boom! I was able to access Bitter with all its wonderful variations. Maybe this helps as a temporary fix for you as well.

Damn, I have the same problem and it’s 2022 :frowning:

Yep, we are having the same problem with the Bitter font. It seems Webflow has a bug here.
