I noticed that the navigation menu is broken on the mobile view. I contacted the team that designed the template for help but they stopped answering.
Shouldn’t they assist us or fix the template, knowing that we are spending $79 on this? If not, is there anyone who knows how to solve the problem?
A lot of templates are “creative” in how they deliver certain functionality, and are not always well-documented/supported.
Keep in mind that the template designer may have built it years ago, and that they probably only get a portion of the template fee- not enough to help individual users with their implementations.
If you are certain it’s broken, you might be able to contact support and request a refund?
Otherwise I generally just invest some time adjusting them to my liking with the features I want.
