Problem with Collaborators

Hi, I have a client who is having difficulty setting-up and logging into Editing as a collaborator.
We have followed the trouble shooting advice, without any joy.

Any body have any ideas?

What about using chrome, do you think they can try that?

Hi Aaron, my client has tried Chrome, but it still has the same issue?
